Ledňáček
Enjoy a beautiful newly built house enveloped by mountain nature for a holiday with children, for up to 10 people. Are you a larger family, a bunch of friends or multiple befriended families? You can all nestle under one roof. Thanks to the situational layout of the house you will all have privacy, yet be close to each other.
Ledňáček is a two-story house with wheelchair access. There is also a handy storage room outside the entrance for storing sports equipment or drying out soaked belongings. What isgreat is that you can reach it dry-footed.

Interior
Ledňáček provides comfort for up to 10 people. At your full disposal, there are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. On hot summer days, you will appreciate the air-conditioned rooms on the 1st floor.
The ground floor has a fully equipped large kitchen, dining area and living room with
fireplace. In another part of the ground floor you can find a bedroom, a small separate
kitchen with a living room and a hall. This part can be booked separately in low season.
From the first floor you can enter the spacious terrace with artificial grass and a cosy seating area. There is an air-conditioned playroom for children in the loft.
Exterior
You don’t have to guard your territory. There is a fence around the property. Around the house we have built a spacious seating area with access to a covered heated saltwater pool. There is also an outdoor whirlpool with water warmed to pleasant 38°C.
There is a stream flowing through the grounds, to which we have built a comfortable access for visitors. You can watch the children frolicking from the terrace above the stream. We will gladly provide you with Rychnov specialities in the form of lemonade, cider or beer.
There is also a fire pit by the house where you can prepare baked goodies. And that is far from all. Take a look around! You will discover other unusual facilities for both small and big children to enjoy.
Meal
Are you on a holiday? Take a break from cooking too. You can have your lunch and dinner delivered from the nearby restaurant Tibor. Or start your car and drive 7 km to the town of Vrchlabí. There you can choose from traditional Czech cuisine, Giant Mountains specialities and international cuisine.
You can keep your breakfast goodies in the fridge. Feel free to cook a full, proper English breakfast. There will also be drinks from the Podorlice Soda Factory and the Rychnov Brewery available for tasting. Induction cooker, hot-air oven, microwave and a complete set of dishes are provided, of course. The dishwasher will take care of dirty dishes.
A paradise for children
Come and enjoy a great holiday in our house! Outdoor playground, swimming pool, whirlpool, what more could you ask for? Perhaps a flowing stream, an outdoor observation room and a children’s air-conditioned playroom with a TV and the latest XBOX ONE X console.

Malé, stylové, útulné, ideální pro dva, maximálně tři. Takové je ubytování v apartmánu Rezidence Za Vodou v Krkonoších. Přijeďte mimo sezónu a zažijte romanticko-dobrodružnou dovolenou. Jen pro sebe budete mít ložnici, vybavenou kuchyňku a koupelnu.
Apartmán je situován v přízemí domu Ledňáček i Vážka. Zbylá část domu bude v době samostatného pronájmu apartmánu prázdná. Naplno využívat můžete veškeré venkovní atrakce i vybavení včetně technické místnosti.

The heated pool is open from 15 May to 30 September.
Electricity is charged according to consumption at the rate of 7 CZK / kWh. On arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of 5000 CZK.
Arrival at the residence is from 4.00 to 6.00 pm.
Departure from the residence is until 10.00 am.
