Settle into beautiful, modern, newly built accommodation for 12 people with breathtaking views of Černá hora. The detached Čáp house is perfect for a joint vacation for two or three families or a group of friends, or for organizing a smaller team event.
Čáp is a fully air-conditioned two-story house with wheelchair access, equipped with a large common room, a games room, outdoor seating, its own year-round heated swimming pool, a hot tub with massage jets, and other outdoor activities for children, as well as a practical utility room for drying clothes, skis, and ski boots, complete with a washing machine and dryer. The area surrounding the Čáp house is surrounded by a hornbeam fence and monitored by a camera system. Spread your wings and fly towards a wonderful vacation full of adventure.

Brief, clear, concise information about accommodation
Interior
Six separate rooms for two people provide ample comfort for quality relaxation. Four of them are located on the first floor, and two are on the ground floor. This allows parents, children, and couples to enjoy privacy. With three separate bathrooms, everyone can easily take turns. The modern, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is the ideal place to meet and prepare delicious meals.
Čáp is specially designed for larger groups of people. The ground floor features a table for 12 people and a wood-burning stove that heats the entire house and creates a magical atmosphere. The social area is complemented by a large TV, ideal for evening movies, watching sports, or other broadcasts. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the staircase, opening up the living room to entertainment. The ground floor room has a separate toilet. The location of a total of 5 toilets in the house is therefore very practical.
The attic of our houses always belongs to children and anyone who wants to have fun together, play board or computer games, or watch their favorite movie on TV. You can climb up to the playroom via a climbing wall, which is sure to thrill adventurers of all ages. Fatboy beanbags and other comfortable places are available where you can curl up with your favorite book and enjoy a moment of peace.
Exterior
Take a look at Čáp, a modern house with unusual outdoor terraces. The main one is hidden under the crown of an ash tree, which penetrates its center and provides visitors with an unusual seating experience. It is used for barbecuing and dining in the open air, all with a magnificent view of Black Mountain. The second, shaped like a Čáp nest, invites you to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while the children observe the surrounding nature. It is connected by a walkway to a children’s lookout tower, which resembles a Čáp nest in shape.
But that’s not all. The year-round heated saltwater pool in front of the house invites you to splash around and swim in any weather, even in winter. Among the wellness attractions, try the hot tub. It is a wooden bathing barrel with a special whirlpool function provided by 30 built-in hydromassage anaerobic jets.
If the weather is nice, head outside. Exercise with your children on the workout playground or try the outdoor climbing wall. The entire area is enlivened by paths between the trees, which add to the pleasant atmosphere of the garden.
In the evening, roast your favorite sausages or marshmallows on the fire pit and sing camp songs.
Meals
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook everything for the sweet tooths of the whole group. An induction stove, microwave oven, convection oven, and electric kettle will help you with your cooking. A complete set of dishes for perfect service and a dishwasher are a matter of course.
Don’t want to spend your vacation at the stove? There are three restaurants in the village and a café with refreshments in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer convenience, you can have food delivered from the nearby Tibor restaurant. During your trips, it is worth stopping at mountain huts to taste local Krkonoše specialties, or visiting one of the restaurants in Vrchlabí, just 7 km from the accommodation.
We are preparing drinks from the Podorlická sodovkárna and Rychnov brewery for you to taste, which you are sure to enjoy.
A paradise for children
Come and enjoy a fantastic vacation! You can enjoy the swimming pool, outdoor climbing wall, and relaxation in a hot tub under the open sky. Children will enjoy the air-conditioned playroom with a TV and the latest XBOX ONE X console. Just 150 meters from the property, there is also a sports ground for tennis, volleyball, or mini soccer, connected to a playground that is freely accessible to all visitors.

Malé, stylové, útulné, ideální pro dva, maximálně tři. Takové je ubytování v apartmánu Rezidence Za Vodou v Krkonoších. Přijeďte mimo sezónu a zažijte romanticko-dobrodružnou dovolenou. Jen pro sebe budete mít ložnici, vybavenou kuchyňku a koupelnu.
Apartmán je situován v přízemí domu Ledňáček i Vážka. Zbylá část domu bude v době samostatného pronájmu apartmánu prázdná. Naplno využívat můžete veškeré venkovní atrakce i vybavení včetně technické místnosti.

The price includes accommodation, final cleaning, laundry, and wood for the fireplace.
The heated pool is open all year round.
Electricity is charged according to consumption at a rate of 7 CZK/kWh. Energy is also charged for heating the pool.
Upon arrival, guests pay a refundable deposit of 5,000 CZK.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
